Over the last 7+ years you have seen me grow, transform and literally followed me move my body! Watching you guys transform along the way with me has been the best part about this who journey. You showed me my calling. Helping people get motivated to work out and level up their mindset just like I have is my LIFE!! To celebrate us I have gone ALL OUT on a ridiculous event where we can VIRTUALLY see each other.
