complete each movement for 20 seconds
rest 20-40 seconds inbetween exercises
repeat entire circuit 1 more time FOR A REAL KILLER WORKOUT WOO

1. star jumps
2. low side hops into half burpee
3. 2 jumps into 2 standing oblique crunches
4. side to side jump
5. squat jump into alternating leg crossover
