These are pretty basic exercises so I didn’t feel the need to explain the moves! This is a circuit I love because it can literally be done ANYWHERE and requires minimal space. Workout split is listed here 🙂

WORKOUT SPLIT

Complete each exercise once for 30 reps and then repeat the entire circuit for a total of 3 rounds. You’ll end up doing 90 reps of each move

8. Cross Mountain Climbers
9. Hip Dips
10. Side Planks
11. Bicycles
12. Russian Twists
