SNACK RECIPES
NO BACK MONSTER COOKIE PROTEIN GRANOLA BAR
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup ground oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
pinch sea salt
pinch cinnamon
3/4 cup nut butter of choice (I used almond butter)
1/2 cup brown rice syrup (Can sub for maple, agave or honey)*
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate buttons/m & m’s
Milk of choice**
PIZZA RICE CAKES

2 tbsp on marinara sauce
1 tbsp of cheeses of choice
CINNAMON APPLE CHIPS
4 Apples, cored and sliced 1/8” thick
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
SUGAR FREE PEACH LEMONADE SLUSH
1 medium peach, peeled and sliced
1 medium to small lemon, either juiced or rind cut off
1/2 t liquid stevia
2 C ice
