Hi I’m your Studio Tone It Up trainer Stef! HIIT is my favorite way to wake up my body and boost my energy all day long! It has so many amazing benefits for your gorgeous muscles AND your mood! HIIT tones your total body and revs your metabolism hours after the workout ends. Plus, it stimulates the release of feel-good hormones for those happy vibes!
