Here are the 3 low carb bread substitute recipes I tried! You’ll find all ingredients below. The directions are in the video!

#1. Low Carb Flat Bread by FitMenCook

Ingredients for 6 pieces of flatbread:

1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup + 1 heaping tablespoon super fine almond flour
Substitute: coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot powder/flour
Substitute: tapioca flour or cornstarch
pinch of sea salt (technically I know this makes 4 ingredients but 3 sounds better lol)
Garnish (optional)
6 teaspoons of vegan butter spread (1 teaspoon per flatbread)

#2. Cloud Bread by My Blueprint

Ingredients for 6-8 portions:

3 eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened at room temperature
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar or honey

#3. 90 sec bread by Jennifer Banz

90 Second Microwave Bread with Almond flour or Coconut Flour

Ingredients for 1 serving:

3 tbsp almond flour or 1 1/3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp oil (melted butter, melted coconut oil, avocado oil)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
tiny pinch of salt
