Amy Tavalozzi Personal Trainer

A personal training veteran, Tavalozzi has been teaching and training for 17 years.

She is also qualified in teaching Barre, dance, yoga and yoga sculpt, as well as being a qualified nutritionist. The latter of which she admits was the biggest hurdle she has had to overcome so far, on her personal fitness journey. A huge proponent in following dreams, she still rates it as one of the best things she has ever done and is justifiably proud of the work that has been put in to gaining certification.

Tavalozzi also feels that instilling the importance of health in her clients is one of her top priorities.

Her motto is “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are!!! No excuses! Fitness is portable!”. Something which translates well to her use of the Belus resistance bands. Amy regularly incorporates these into her workouts, since she knows that helping to maintain muscle mass is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy as we age.

Amy drives her clients with affirmations of achievement and belief that anyone can accomplish their goals if they work hard enough.

Meanwhile her positive and energetic attitude pushes her clients to be more- to become their best self. Her biggest dream to date? Passing on her love of health and fitness to her daughter, and teaching her to live with a positive, healthy lifestyle.
