Who doesn’t want the “perfect behind”? Every woman’s toning exercises mainly targets the booty. But huge effort isn’t just the main factor in shaping your booty–you have to do it right as well. No matter how hard you grind, you’ll just waste your precious time if you don’t do exercises to boost your booty. But luckily, fitness enthusiast, model, and medical aesthetician Jenna Pye is here to help us! In this workout video, she will demonstrate the exercises which will effectively build the perfect booty using our own Belus resistance loop bands.

What’s In The Routine

The routine consists of the following exercises in 3 sets, 15 reps: Back kicks, Side leg raise, Bent knee hip raises and Donkey kicks. These very easy movements can be effectively performed using a gravity ball and resistance bands. You don’t need to go to the gym to do this workout. Such exercises can be done even at the comfort of your own home.

Kick and raise exercises are quite easy to perform, but the effectivity of these movements lie on the equipment used along with them. In this video, Jenna utilizes Belus Active’s resistance bands which increased the intensity of each exercise. Why resistance bands? Simply put: it increases both the challenge in working out and quickens results!
