For the ladies, it is always the “booty” that has become the main target for toning exercises. Who doesn’t want the “perfect behind”? However, no matter how hard you grind, if the exercises that you are doing are not meant to grow those peaches, you are just wasting your precious time.
Good thing Jenna Pye, a fitness enthusiast, model and medical aesthetician, is here to help us! In this workout video, she will demonstrate the exercises which will effectively result to a rounder and fuller booty in no time. The routine consists of the following exercises in 3 sets, 15 reps: Back kicks, Side leg raise, Bent knee hip raises and Donkey kicks. These very easy movements can be effectively performed using a gravity ball and resistance bands. Such exercises can be done even at the comfort of your own home.
Kick and raise exercises are quite easy to perform, but the effectivity of these movements lie on the equipment used along with them. In this video, Jenna utilizes a resistance band which increased the intensity of each exercise. The loop band makes it more difficult to raise a leg, kick from behind or bend forward, because of its resistance to the movement itself. With the added difficulty, you are sure that there is an increased chance of shedding more calories and fat, while developing muscles. That’s the reason why more and more personal trainers are incorporating this equipment in their fitness classes.
Securing a resistance band is easy, but looking for a good one can sometimes be difficult. Because when it snaps, there’s no turning back! So make sure to select a band that is durable and versatile, so you can get the most out of it. They must be of excellent quality, and must have the ability to stretch further a hundred or even a thousand times. Don’t forget to look for those that comes in attractive hues, to inspire you to grind more and endure the sore!
